3. Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Takedown Notice)
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used or published on DigtheTech.com in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may submit a formal DMCA Takedown Notice to us.
3.1 What Your Notice Must Include
To be valid and actionable, your DMCA Takedown Notice must include all of the following:

- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (e.g., the original article, image, or other content).
- The exact URL(s) on DigtheTech.com where the allegedly infringing content is located.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
Incomplete notices will not be actioned. We recommend consulting a legal professional if you are unsure how to file a valid DMCA notice.

3.3 What Happens After We Receive Your Notice
Upon receiving a valid and complete DMCA notice, we will:
- Acknowledge receipt of your notice.
- Review the claim promptly — typically within 5–10 business days.
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content if the claim appears valid.
- Notify the user who posted the content (if applicable) that it has been removed.
4. Counter-Notice (Disputing a Takedown)
If your content was removed from DigtheTech.com as a result of a DMCA Takedown Notice and you believe the removal was made in error or misidentification, you may submit a DMCA Counter-Notice.
4.1 What Your Counter-Notice Must Include

- Identification of the content that was removed and the URL where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your location and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original takedown notice.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
4.2 Where to Send Your Counter-Notice
Email: Hello@digthetech.com
Subject Line: DMCA Counter-Notice
4.3 What Happens After We Receive Your Counter-Notice
Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will:
- Forward it to the original complainant.
- Wait 10–14 business days for the complainant to seek a court order restraining the restoration of the content.
- Restore the removed content if no court order is received within that period.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
DigtheTech.com has a strict policy against repeat copyright infringers. In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate the accounts of users found to be repeat infringers — that is, users who have had content removed due to multiple valid copyright claims.
We reserve the right to terminate any account at our sole discretion if we determine that the user is engaging in repeated or willful infringement.
6. Good Faith and Abuse of Process
The DMCA takedown process is a legal mechanism and must be used in good faith. Submitting a false or fraudulent DMCA notice — knowing that the content does not infringe your copyright — may expose you to legal liability, including damages and legal fees under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
We reserve the right to disregard notices that appear to be submitted in bad faith or for purposes of harassment or censorship.
7. Copyright Infringement by Third Parties
DigtheTech.com is not responsible for content shared or referenced by third-party websites that may copy our content without permission. If you discover our content being used without authorization on another website, please notify us at Hello@digthetech.com so we can take appropriate action.
